Order Processing Time: We work hard to ship within 48 to 72 hours once we have received your order. If your order cannot be shipped within 72 hours, you will be notified via email. Personal checks must have your name, address and phone # imprinted on the check. Please also list your driver's license # on the check as well. Money Orders, Cashiers Checks or Personal Check Payments: If you place an order and plan to mail your payment to us, we will only hold your order for 10 days from the date of the order. If your payment is not received by our warehouse within 10 days, then your items will be made available for other orders. Box 298, Sandy, OR 97055 Returned Check Fee: Any check returned to us as "non-payable" for any reason will be charged a $ 25.00 fee. There are no exceptions to this policy. When we deposit your check, we assume the funds are useable and we use them. When a returned check causes shortages in our account, it becomes very expensive for all of us. WHAT DO I DO IF THE PACKAGE IS DAMAGED? DO NOT ACCEPT IT! Please refuse any package that looks damaged and have it returned to sender.
BROKEN ITEMS: We examine everything before it leaves our warehouse. We take extreme care in the safety of your items for the shipping trip. Should you open your package and any items are broken, it was more than likely damaged do to shipping. If it is a post office shipment, you will need to take the following steps within 30 days of the shipping date. 3. Mail the completed form to us at: My Friends and I, P.O. Box 298, Sandy, OR 97055 4. The Claim Form must reach us within 30 days after we ship to you in order for us to be reimbursed by the post office. If your package was shipped UPS, please contact us with any damage claims within 5 days at: 503-826-9625. Please keep the items and all packaging from UPS in the event UPS requires it to be examined and picked up by your driver. Return Policy: If, for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email within 3 days from receiving your order. It will be necessary for you to receive a Return Authorization Number from us in order for your return to receive credit. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item (s) to us and we recommend tracking and insurance be added. The item (s) must be return with the original packaging, including foam pieces, bubble pack, styrofoam, etc. We expect the same care in returning the item (s) and we gave your package when we sent it to you. Upon receipt of the package (s) to our warehouse, you will be issued a credit for the amount of purchase only. You will not be credited for shipping, delivery confirmation or insurance. Your credit can be used towards any future purchases from My Friends and I, but it will only be good for 6 months from date of issue. No cash or credit card refunds will be issued....only a credit towards your next purchase. Your return must be received by us within 14 days after your Return Authorization Number is issued. Returns will not be accepted for any food items, books, patterns or special ordered hand-made items. All sales are final on "Specials, Discontinued, Special Orders and Retired" items. Back Orders: We do not ship backorders. On our website, we have the ability to remove an item available for sale as soon as it is sold out, or to mark it "Sold Out", so the amount of backorders should be very minimal. If, for some reason, you do place an order and we are out of any item, you would need to reorder the item (s).
